Two legs from a 1025 fix: where is the 1055 DR?

At 1025 you fix your position 031°T, 1.9 nm from Mill stack. You steer 271°T at 7.2 kn until 1035, then 002°T at 8.2 kn until 1055.

Give the 1055 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
