What Plotroom is

Practice problems in coastal chartwork on an invented chart. It is not a course, does not meet any licence, certificate or state boating-education requirement, and is not a navigation tool. Never use the practice chart, its variation or its lights for navigation. For real passages use current official charts (NOAA charts in U.S. waters) and take a NASBLA-approved boating course or a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary piloting course.

Answers and logs

The checker's answers come from the method page's rules and the tolerances stated on each problem. Plot Logs are kept as described on the privacy page; keep your link safe. We do not guarantee that any data will be kept, so export what you want to keep.

The Plot Pass

Prices are shown on the pricing page. During the preview nothing is charged and the Pass features are open to everyone. When checkout opens, a monthly Pass renews each month and an annual Pass each year until cancelled; a cancelled Pass runs to the end of the time paid for. Fair use

Do not try to overload or break the site. Rate limits apply to new logs and saves.

Who runs it

Plotroom is made and run by WeldonPC.com. It is independent of Cedar Point, Six Flags and Cedar Point Marina (see the footer).
