At 0820 you fix your position 005°T, 1.7 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 029°T at 4.8 kn until 0855, then 210°T at 5.3 kn until 0910.

Give the 0910 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
