Two legs from a 1315 fix: where is the 1425 DR?

At 1315 you fix your position 043°T, 3.0 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 246°T at 4.5 kn until 1350, then 111°T at 6.3 kn until 1425.

Give the 1425 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
