Two legs from a 0825 fix: where is the 0845 DR?

At 0825 you fix your position 313°T, 1.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 043°T at 10.0 kn until 0835, then 171°T at 5.1 kn until 0845.

Give the 0845 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
