At 1435 you fix your position 291°T, 2.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 171°T at 7.7 kn until 1455, then 223°T at 7.1 kn until 1520.

Give the 1520 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
