Two legs from a 1325 fix: where is the 1400 DR?

At 1325 you fix your position 203°T, 1.8 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 292°T at 9.9 kn until 1345, then 020°T at 4.2 kn until 1400.

Give the 1400 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
