At 0845 you fix your position 349°T, 2.6 nm from Mill stack. You steer 084°T at 5.6 kn until 0910, then 333°T at 4.0 kn until 0935.

Give the 0935 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
