Two legs from a 1240 fix: where is the 1310 DR?

At 1240 you fix your position 237°T, 1.9 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 284°T at 4.1 kn until 1250, then 233°T at 5.2 kn until 1310.

Give the 1310 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
