At 1435 you fix your position 007°T, 2.0 nm from Mill stack. You steer 342°T at 5.0 kn until 1510, then 269°T at 8.3 kn until 1520.

Give the 1520 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
