Two legs from a 0830 fix: where is the 0915 DR?

At 0830 you fix your position 085°T, 3.1 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 101°T at 4.2 kn until 0905, then 028°T at 4.3 kn until 0915.

Give the 0915 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
