At 1320 you fix your position 049°T, 3.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 316°T at 9.4 kn until 1345, then 028°T at 7.0 kn until 1405.

Give the 1405 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
