At 1425 you fix your position 352°T, 2.2 nm from Mill stack. You steer 291°T at 6.2 kn until 1500, then 077°T at 8.9 kn until 1520.

Give the 1520 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
