Two legs from a 0850 fix: where is the 0955 DR?

At 0850 you fix your position 011°T, 2.5 nm from Mill stack. You steer 357°T at 6.3 kn until 0925, then 164°T at 4.5 kn until 0955.

Give the 0955 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
