Two legs from a 1210 fix: where is the 1310 DR?

At 1210 you fix your position 262°T, 2.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 271°T at 4.5 kn until 1235, then 168°T at 8.5 kn until 1310.

Give the 1310 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
