At 1205 you fix your position 217°T, 1.8 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 348°T at 5.2 kn until 1225, then 280°T at 8.1 kn until 1305.

Give the 1305 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
