Two legs from a 0945 fix: where is the 1020 DR?

At 0945 you fix your position 011°T, 1.5 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 009°T at 6.0 kn until 0955, then 246°T at 4.8 kn until 1020.

Give the 1020 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
