Two legs from a 1250 fix: where is the 1355 DR?

At 1250 you fix your position 238°T, 1.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 284°T at 8.0 kn until 1320, then 195°T at 6.4 kn until 1355.

Give the 1355 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
