Two legs from a 0720 fix: where is the 0820 DR?

At 0720 you fix your position 224°T, 3.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 074°T at 5.1 kn until 0805, then 007°T at 5.5 kn until 0820.

Give the 0820 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
