At 1505 you fix your position 038°T, 2.4 nm from Mill stack. You steer 315°T at 7.6 kn until 1535, then 225°T at 4.4 kn until 1610.

Give the 1610 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
