Two legs from a 1350 fix: where is the 1420 DR?

At 1350 you fix your position 323°T, 2.9 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 139°T at 5.0 kn until 1410, then 265°T at 4.3 kn until 1420.

Give the 1420 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
