At 1435 you fix your position 359°T, 2.1 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 090°T at 9.3 kn until 1510, then 219°T at 7.5 kn until 1520.

Give the 1520 DR position as the true bearing FROM Gannet Rock daybeacon to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
