At 1340 you fix your position 029°T, 3.0 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 262°T at 5.1 kn until 1405, then 020°T at 7.3 kn until 1430.

Give the 1430 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
