Two legs from a 0750 fix: where is the 0845 DR?

At 0750 you fix your position 323°T, 2.6 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 218°T at 8.4 kn until 0820, then 174°T at 8.6 kn until 0845.

Give the 0845 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
