Two legs from a 1450 fix: where is the 1515 DR?

At 1450 you fix your position 035°T, 2.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 004°T at 5.3 kn until 1500, then 056°T at 6.9 kn until 1515.

Give the 1515 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
