At 1455 you fix your position 063°T, 3.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 307°T at 4.1 kn until 1535, then 119°T at 7.9 kn until 1605.

Give the 1605 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
