Two legs from a 0915 fix: where is the 0955 DR?

At 0915 you fix your position 354°T, 1.5 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 264°T at 8.8 kn until 0940, then 015°T at 6.2 kn until 0955.

Give the 0955 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
