Two legs from a 1420 fix: where is the 1500 DR?

At 1420 you fix your position 298°T, 2.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 165°T at 9.8 kn until 1445, then 275°T at 9.9 kn until 1500.

Give the 1500 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
