At 1140 you fix your position 035°T, 3.2 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 305°T at 4.5 kn until 1155, then 192°T at 5.0 kn until 1220.

Give the 1220 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
