Two legs from a 1345 fix: where is the 1420 DR?

At 1345 you fix your position 035°T, 4.3 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 340°T at 8.9 kn until 1355, then 263°T at 8.4 kn until 1420.

Give the 1420 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
