At 0735 you fix your position 033°T, 4.2 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 105°T at 9.1 kn until 0815, then 006°T at 6.0 kn until 0825.

Give the 0825 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
