At 0755 you fix your position 074°T, 3.2 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 302°T at 7.3 kn until 0820, then 106°T at 4.3 kn until 0840.

Give the 0840 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
