At 1250 you fix your position 349°T, 2.9 nm from Mill stack. You steer 329°T at 5.3 kn until 1325, then 209°T at 6.0 kn until 1340.

Give the 1340 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
