Two legs from a 1215 fix: where is the 1300 DR?

At 1215 you fix your position 270°T, 2.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 147°T at 5.4 kn until 1250, then 002°T at 7.1 kn until 1300.

Give the 1300 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
