At 1515 you fix your position 359°T, 2.2 nm from Mill stack. You steer 336°T at 5.9 kn until 1545, then 181°T at 7.1 kn until 1615.

Give the 1615 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
