Two legs from a 1515 fix: where is the 1605 DR?

At 1515 you fix your position 265°T, 3.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 210°T at 8.1 kn until 1540, then 100°T at 4.9 kn until 1605.

Give the 1605 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
