At 1000 you fix your position 029°T, 2.4 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 107°T at 4.6 kn until 1030, then 269°T at 9.6 kn until 1055.

Give the 1055 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
