At 1310 you fix your position 049°T, 3.5 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 207°T at 10.0 kn until 1325, then 303°T at 4.3 kn until 1335.

Give the 1335 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
