At 0835 you fix your position 355°T, 2.2 nm from Mill stack. You steer 312°T at 7.9 kn until 0900, then 052°T at 7.0 kn until 0930.

Give the 0930 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
