At 1200 you fix your position 299°T, 3.9 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 179°T at 4.0 kn until 1225, then 004°T at 6.7 kn until 1245.

Give the 1245 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
