Two legs from a 1525 fix: where is the 1620 DR?

At 1525 you fix your position 078°T, 1.2 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 320°T at 4.1 kn until 1555, then 009°T at 5.2 kn until 1620.

Give the 1620 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
