At 0825 you fix your position 352°T, 2.9 nm from Mill stack. You steer 328°T at 4.1 kn until 0855, then 157°T at 4.0 kn until 0915.

Give the 0915 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
