At 0815 you fix your position 035°T, 2.1 nm from Mill stack. You steer 289°T at 9.2 kn until 0840, then 341°T at 5.9 kn until 0915.

Give the 0915 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
