At 0725 you fix your position 149°T, 1.0 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 099°T at 5.3 kn until 0750, then 037°T at 9.2 kn until 0805.

Give the 0805 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
