At 1555 you fix your position 072°T, 1.8 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 299°T at 6.4 kn until 1625, then 106°T at 6.1 kn until 1700.

Give the 1700 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
