Two legs from a 1430 fix: where is the 1515 DR?

At 1430 you fix your position 030°T, 3.0 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 057°T at 8.8 kn until 1450, then 001°T at 6.1 kn until 1515.

Give the 1515 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
