At 0825 you fix your position 077°T, 3.0 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 143°T at 8.2 kn until 0850, then 291°T at 6.6 kn until 0905.

Give the 0905 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
