At 0805 you fix your position 051°T, 2.3 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 132°T at 4.5 kn until 0845, then 300°T at 8.1 kn until 0855.

Give the 0855 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
