Two legs from a 0900 fix: where is the 0955 DR?

At 0900 you fix your position 045°T, 2.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 032°T at 8.6 kn until 0940, then 238°T at 8.6 kn until 0955.

Give the 0955 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
