Two legs from a 1550 fix: where is the 1625 DR?

At 1550 you fix your position 281°T, 3.8 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 055°T at 7.4 kn until 1610, then 142°T at 4.3 kn until 1625.

Give the 1625 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
